What about Confidentiality?

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of LCL. Client contacts are made directly to LCL's professional referral services provider, Homewood Human Solutions. Homewood Human Solutions maintains confidential records, reports to the Board only by reference to client numbers and is careful not to reveal any details that might inadvertently identify a specific client. As a result, even members of LCL's Board of directors do not know the identities of individuals using our program.
